Evelyn Wolf
“Simple answers feel good – until they don’t work. We get better at complexity when we stop resisting the mess and see it for what it is: not a problem, but a different kind of game.”
Who is Evelyn?
I’m most at home where people, technologies, and diverse perspectives collide. I thrive when familiar approaches stop working – and something new is needed. I help teams and organizations navigate complexity, explore unexpected connections, surface fresh thinking, and shape paths that move things forward. My trainings draw on insights from multiple schools of thought and proven methodologies – grounded in years of real-world work on complex projects in industries where things move fast and change constantly.
Evelyn Wolf’s professional journey has taken her from scientific research to startup life (from seed to Nasdaq), and into the practice of solving complex problems, shaping strategy, and facilitating innovation. Over more than 20 years, she has supported companies across sectors – from early-stage start-ups to SMEs and multinationals.
She holds university degrees in natural sciences and business communication, is a certified trainer and facilitator, and an active member of the Cynefin® community – with a strong bias for clarity, curiosity, and doing the real work.
She is also co-founder and managing partner of Schiller & Wolf.

Why I teach at AIcademy
Teaching Focus at the AIcademy
Because complexity isn’t the exception anymore – it’s the norm. I want to equip people to stay clear-headed, make better decisions, and take smart action even when the path ahead isn’t obvious. The AIcademy is the perfect place for that – it creates space for real learning, honest reflection, and the kind of growth that sticks.

Nature, music - and people who provoke me intellectually and / or touch me emotionally.
I'd probably be in a remote alpine hut - or somewhere on the moon. There is no more working without AI...
That AI will fix it all. It won’t. Never underestimate our human need for belonging, recognition — and our ability to surprise ourselves with creative, context-aware solutions. AI is powerful, but it can't handle ambiguity and replace human sense-makings.
Be clear-eyed and rigorous about where AI brings real value — and where it doesn't. Focus on real problems, aks better questions.
