Who is Sven?
I believe that real change is possible — when we work together, believe in what’s possible, and stay committed, even when things take time. Learning never ends, and that’s something I truly enjoy — whether it’s exploring new technologies, trying out a new recipe, or losing myself in music. As a trainer, I bring this same curiosity, joy, and long-term perspective into every session. Because transformation isn’t just about knowledge — it’s about energy, connection, and shared experience.
Dr. Sven Brose combines analytical precision with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and technological change. With a strong foundation in optimization methods, he has supported numerous companies in Energy, Automotive, Insurance, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Retail navigating the path from data to decision – and from insight to implementation.
As a university lecturer in Business Intelligence and Data Science, he has a passion for breaking down complexity into clarity. His teaching style is structured, interactive, and empowering – shaped by years of experience across academia, consulting, and corporate transformation.

Meet the Person Behind the Trainer
There are so many things I am interested in and that I love. At first I put playing the piano and the saxophone, cooking with biogas and riding my bike.
Starting with Sushi, grilled salmon, bowls - I am not able to mention all my beloved dishes as I almost eat everything.
I'm passionate about anything that turns a spark into a flame – ideas, people, and moments that ignite change. I'm fascinated when humans outsmart machines – and even more so when machines inspire humans to become even better.
Quick and easy answer: I would work in a restaurant or try to become a musician.
One common misconception is that AI will automatically solve complex business problems – as if it's a magic button you press. I always respond by saying: AI is not magic, it's a tool. You still need the right problem, the right data, and the right mindset. Without that, AI just gives you faster answers to the wrong questions.
