Detailed application review – including certifications, project experience, and motivation
Screening
Subject matter screening – live demonstration or technical evaluation of knowledge
Audition
Teaching audition – a short trial session with interactive elements
Cultural fit
Cultural fit interview – we seek trainers who teach with integrity, humility, and real-world relevance

Every trainer shadows experienced faculty before leading sessions
Ongoing quality assurance
